About the Role

We are currently looking for THREE Level 2 Support Engineers to join our Service Desk team.  This is a diverse and highly technical role that will see you providing technical remote and on-site support to over 100 clients.    You will be an escalation point to our Level 1 Support Engineers, be able to trouble-shoot and diagnose technical issues and offer solutions to ensure outstanding customer service is maintained at a high standard. 

Key Technical Skills

  • 2 years' experience with network monitoring, desktop deployment, ticketing systems
  • Technical skills in one or more of the following: Citrix, VMware, Microsoft - Server, Windows, Exchange
  • Demonstrated understanding of LAN and WAN infrastructures
  • Installation and configuration of servers (with the support of our Senior Engineers), PC's and other IT equipment
  • Excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic ability
  • High proficiency with system administration
  • Relevant technical certifications will be looked upon favourably

Remuneration

A package relevant to experience and credentials will be tailored to suit the candidates.
